PEHA Annual Dues 

Every resident of Parkway Estates should become a member of the Homeowners Association.

 

It doesn't matter if you are renting or if you own your home.  We all benefit from the HOA's efforts.

 

To support our mission to keep Parkway Estates a great neighborhood, we have membership dues of $70 per year. That's about $6 per month.

 

100% of the monies go to HOA expenses because the HOA is managed by unpaid volunteers. 

 

Each year the HOA uses these funds to maintain the two Coit entrances that make our neighborhood look attractive.  Some of the costs covered are seasonal flower plantings, water, electricity, sprinklers, repairs and maintenance.  Other volunteers freely give time to decorate for holidays and store the decorations during the year.

 

We have calculated that if every homeowner contributed we could lower our dues to $30 a year.  But many homeowners don't contribute.  Ask your neighbors to join so we can reduce the dues!

 

Your dues apply from January 1st to December 31st each year.  You will be reminded in January, each year, to update your subscription.

 

As a resident member you have some special benefits.  For example, you have full access to the neighborhood directory and other restricted areas of the PEHA website. 

 

New in 2023, we are no longer allowed to use Paypal for payment.  Instead we must use Stripe.  This is a requirement of the software we use and is not our decisions.
