Here's an Overview of the Payment Process for Annual Dues.
Making payments on a website can be confusing, so here's some suggestions.
This is a new window and your previous window to the website is still open, so you can click back and forth to do your payment and also see the help.
You can pay your dues in four ways. Credit Card, Google Pay, Cash or Check. Each way has a little different process to follow. But you are never stuck. You can always click on the "BACK" button of each screen to go back in the process.
When you click on the "Pay My Dues" button, you will see this screen.
This screen will display first for all Payment Options. To get started, click "Save and Check Out".
Next you will see this screen with two choices.
"Pay Now" and "Pay by Check or Cash"
You should click on "Pay Now" if paying by Credit Card or Google Pay.
You should click on "Pay by Check or Cash" for that option.
Ok, know let's go see what happens next. Click on the appropriate link.

I'm Paying with a Credit Card!
After clicking on "PAY NOW", this screen will display. The default choice is "Card" for Credit Card and it is highlighted in Blue.
Enter the Card Information starting on Line 2. Make sure you enter your zip code correctly (75023). Then click on "Continue" to review.
Next, you will see see this screen. On this screen, you can review you payment entries and then click on "Place Order" to process the payment. You will receive an emailed receipt!
You have completed your Credit Card Payment of Dues! Thank you!
I'm Paying with Google Pay!
After clicking on "PAY NOW", this screen appears, click on the "Google Pay" option. It will be highlighted in Blue.
Click on "Continue" to approve the Payment.
With "Google Pay" you will see this screen. On this screen, you can review you payment entries and then click on "Place Order" to process the payment. You will receive an emailed receipt!
You have completed your Google Pay Payment of Dues! Thank You!
I'm Paying with Cash or Check!
After clicking on "Pay by Cash or Check", you will know see this screen. Click on "Place Order".
On this screen you will see two pages of Order information.
You have completed the Order process but you are not through. Do the following.
If Paying by Check:
Make out the check payable to "Parkway Estates HOA" for $70.00 and mail it to Garland Fraser, 3912 Gettysburg Circle, Plano, TX 75023.
If Paying by Cash:
You can drop off your cash payment at 3912 Gettysburg Circle. Please call Garland Fraser beforehand so he knows you are coming by! His number is (972) 978-8388.
