We talk about Parkway Estates, but many of us are not clear on what we mean when we say that.  So here are some details to make you an expert!

   There are just over 300 homes in Parkway Estates. 

• We have six entrances.  And there are 15 cul-de-sacs. 
• The largest lot is located at the corner of Coit and Wyeth. 
• There are three north-south streets (Plymouth, Esquire and Wilshire). 
• There are three east-west streets (Nantucket, Cross Bend and Wyeth)
• The lowest street address is 3500 and the highest is 4012. 

Most of the homes in Parkway Estates were built in the early 1980's.  A few homes were rebuilt after a fire and are newer.
