Want to create a a new member login for this website? Then please read these instructions!

1. You only need to register once by creating an account. Then each time you return, login as a member.

2. If you have ever used software by "Membershiptoolkit.com", you may already have an account you can use for Parkway Estates HOA. If so, you can use that instead of creating a new account. This would be a rare situation, but we wanted to mention that.

3. After you click on the blue button below. You will see this screen to enter your first name, last name, email address and select a password (minimum 8 characters). Plus you need to do some quick arithmetic to prove you are a human.

4. Click on the "Verify my email" button. Then wait to receive an email from the system.

5. The email you receive will have a link to verify that you are the owner of that email address.

6. Click the link, in your email to:

Add your contact your information and directory publish preferences.
Then, we hope you will choose to become a full member by paying your annual dues.
