Welcome to the Parkway Estates HOA website!

Parkway Estates is a mature neighborhood of 314 beautiful custom homes located on the west-central side of Plano, Texas. 

Our trees have had over 40 years to grow and they provide a beautiful habitat for our families and the many wild animals who also call this neighborhood home.

We love this neighborhood!  Why?  Glad you asked.  

We have easy access to DART, Central Expressway and the Dallas North Tollway.  But we also have a quiet neighborhood we can come home to. 

We have a great neighborhood Elementary School that kids can cycle/walk to/from. 

We are near a Fire Station, Post Office, Water Tower and the Plano Recreation Center.  Wal-Mart, Tom Thumb, HEB and Kroger's are less than 10 minutes.

And don't forget the nearby Dentists, Doctors, Optometrists and Veterinarians who office on Coit. 

Parents enjoy the convenience of several nearby Childcare options. 

And we have multiple hospitals within 5-10 minutes.

For getting outdoors, we have our neighborhood park, plus nearby Sports Fields, Walking Paths, and Cycling routes.

For our "foodies", we have a variety of fast-food and local restaurants to meet every appetite.  Japanese, Asian, American, BBQ, Mexican, Indian and Italian choices are just some of the options with 10 minutes. 

And we can also walk to many of these at the intersection of Coit.

ABOUT PEHA

The Parkway Estates Homeowner's Association (PEHA) was formed in 1982 as a non-profit corporation.  PEHA is a voluntary HOA and currently we have over a hundred members who financially support our efforts to maintain an attractive residential area. 

All residents of our community are eligible to join and participate in PEHA.  Officers of PEHA serve as volunteers to help minimize expenses.

PEHA exists to ensure

the continued beauty, safety, and stability of this neighborhood. 

It does this by: 

• Maintaining the two entrances on Coit (Electric, Lights, Water, Plantings, Holiday Decorations)
• Providing a Neighborhood Directory (downloadable)
• Publicizing information about the neighborhood
• Maintaining our beautiful residential character
• Protecting property values
• Building relationships across the neighborhood
• Monitoring resident safety issues
• Safeguarding property rights
• Promoting positive and fun social activities
• Informing via website and newsletters
